Heather is a gifted massage therapist.  She is intuitive and adjusts the massage based to meet my needs of that day.  She really pays attention to my body’s signals.  She removes  muscle knots, tension and trigger points.  She has offered ways to incorporate Reiki, oils and hot/cold therapy to increase effectivity of the treatments.  Heather has a warm and positive personality.  She is genuinely interested in getting my body in tune and keeping it that way.

I have been to several massage therapists over the past few years and Heather is by far my favorite.  I work on a computer all day and Heather is able to deliver the deep tissue massage that I really need.  I would HIGHLY recommend Heather to anyone seeking massage for problem areas or just to escape and enjoy an overall relaxation experience.
